SeaWorld Sesame Street Land™ at SeaWorld Orlando is a large-scale entertainment realm encompassing 20,000 square feet of new themed structures and a retheming of several existing rides and structures, merchandising games, retail, meet-and-greet themed designs, and an interactive wet play area.

BRPH supported the design effort and drove many of the ideas for this new kid-centered entertainment area. The BRPH team generated the project program, provided creative narrative assistance, developed creative illustrations and designs for theming and architecture, shared bimonthly design presentations to park operators, oversaw architectural development/quality of design/construction documents, and managed the construction design/ administration phase for the design team.

BRPH used BIM and Virtual Reality (VR) on two different VR platforms to allow the SeaWorld/Sesame team to walk through the world we were creating with them. BRPH worked closely with the SeaWorld art director to develop the creative narrative, character sculptures, exterior theming design and interior theming. Our team also worked with SeaWorld Orlando to re-theme all the existing rides in the area so they could be incorporated into the Sesame Neighborhood.
