Challenger Middle School
Challenger Middle School's three-story plan accommodates more than 1,300 students on a site smaller than 15 acres. It is the third of 12 schools planned for this BRPH prototype in Lee County, FL. The design maximizes learning potential and minimizes student distractions by providing a healthy learning environment and limiting student movement between floors. Each floor has a full complement of grade level classrooms, a satellite administration office, and a teacher planning area. Challenger's "L" shaped hallways enable easy supervision from a single location.
