300 to 1.

When a client envisions one building, where 300 now stand, a custom design solution is the only solution.

Through this experience we have become recognized for our ability to design highly specialized one-of-a-kind facilities and formulate new and innovative design solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

BRPH was challenged to consolidate Triumph Aerostructures' Red Oak (TARO II), Texas campus-wide manufacturing operation from three hundred buildings into one. The design response? Creative strategies combined with an aggressive scheduling approach resulting in the difference between production interruption and a seamless transition.

One of the most important solutions within this facility surrounded equipment. A large percentage of existing equipment drawings were unaccounted for so we surveyed all existing equipment to confirm sizes and utility requirements. As a result, changes were made to equipment foundations and surrounding slab which improved floor drainage during the fabrication process.

The design/build team had just 15 months to design, build and turn over TARO II to the client as a fully operational facility. The new combined facility shaved more than four million sf of space off of original occupancy numbers.
